| Refund Policy |
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products except for digital products which have been downloaded. In accordance with normal trade practice it is the policy of DataForm not to offer refunds in the case of digital or downloaded products.
